🤍 The cost of living my life... a true story. | OCD CONTEST [Eng & Esp]

Living in my country is not very expensive, I would say that with 500 dollars a month, several people could live comfortably depending on the state, however basic services are not fixed no matter how much money you have, we continue to have terrible internet connection problems that prevent us do many things that are already essential in any home, such as transferring money from the bank or simply watching a video on YouTube.

Second Place: @oivas

OCD Showcase | Home Edders Community || Mumbai, India

The concept of home education is something unheard of in India, as education meant only that which can be imparted in a school or college. If that was not enough, jobs depended on formal education. Companies accepted only certified graduates from schools or colleges. So, a home educated cannot possibly hope to get a job of his choice.

Third Place: @ciresophen

Chain of Survival "only the fittest survive" Venezuelan reality. Answer #OCD contest // Cadena de Supervivencia "solo el más apto sobrevive" Realidad venezolana. Respuesta concurso de #OCD

Education in Venezuela is one of the vertices that comes to life in the chain of survival, the inequality in the teaching process is tangible product of several factors that I will analyze, first of all the governmental entities have not been aware of the urgent need to improve the infrastructure of our institutions giving rise to many schools are not suitable for teaching, In addition to this chaos, there is the desertion of teachers due to the lack of a salary that maintains their quality of life. Because of these two factors, parents with monetary conditions choose to enroll their children in private institutions that do provide study opportunities, At this very moment inequality begins because a group of students will have more conditions for their studies, while the rest will not, making them the weak part of the chain of survival, where a group of students must face the rupture of the educational system that restricts their chances of acquiring skills that allow them to develop as a person, this goes hand in hand with the desertion of a part of the student population who are forced to work due to the existing economic crisis.

Fourth Place: @chenee

Cost of Living in a Philippine Countryside (at Tandoc, Talugtug, Nueva Eccija, Philippines)

In my country, a lot has been written about the cost of living in cities and urban settings. So, I decided to write about the cost of living in a countryside setting where my husband was born and raised. I am going to specifically discuss the cost of living in a little-known Barangay called Tandoc. A barangay or Barrio is the smallest administrative division in the Philippines. According to Google Maps, Tandoc is about 2 hours 28 minutes travel by car from the place where we usually ride a bus home.

Fifth Place: @irenenavarroart

If the teacher falls, society falls How does a teacher live in Venezuela? / Si se cae el maestro se cae la sociedad ¿Cómo vive un maestro en Venezuela? / OCD Community Boost Contest #6

Currently the minimum salary in my country is 2,400,000 biweekly, that is, only a little more than $ 1 every fifteen days, if we compare this amount with the expenses mentioned above, that amount is not even enough for the monthly rent of a telephone mobile, then how does the person work online or how does he send his children's homework to the teachers if he cannot get his phone, if his phone is damaged, how does he repair it. In other words, the minimum wage in my country is not enough for anything and that is why misfortunes, suicides, diseases that were believed eradicated and much more abound. You will then wonder what Venezuelans live on.

Congratulations to all the winners!
