En los últimos meses he estado escribiendo sobre la necesidad de un cambio en la narrativa de los líderes venezolanos y por ende del ciudadano común. No podremos tener un cambio de vida si seguimos hablando de la misma manera. #

Después de muchos años de consignas negativas y de alusiones a la muerte y a la guerra diseñadas por los jerarcas del Establishment y para la cual utilizan sofisticadas técnicas de la Neuro Ciencias han logrado su objetivo de afectar los estados emocionales de nuestros conciudadanos y logrado entristecernos.
Los estudios conductuales son cada día más importantes y numerosos para conocer el patrón de comportamiento de los habitantes de una determinada región. Países como Inglaterra han comprendido su importancia y han invertido en el desarrollo de instituciones como el The Behavioural Insights Team conocido por sus siglas en inglés como BIT el cual se dedica al impacto de las políticas públicas en la conducta del Británico o el instituto para el estudio de la Economía conductual de México. Es necesario que en nuestro país se tome en serio la importancia de estudiar y conocer nuestros estados emocionales y su impacto en la vida social.

Recientemente he podido leer una encuesta sobre la situación Venezolana elaborada por una prestigiosa empresa dedicada al Análisis de datas estadística, ellos son considerados un León en esa materia, y me consigo con la agradable e interesante situación que ellos están evaluando los Estados emocionales de los Venezolanos y sus variaciones en los últimos tiempos.
Esta encuesta que utiliza como metodología de entrevista conocido como ómnibus, refleja datos interesantes y que muestra una compleja situación emocional del país.
En apenas 8 años pasamos de tener 55,8% de sentimientos negativos y 39,1% de sentimientos positivos a la asombrosa cifra de sentimientos negativos obtenidas en el mes de octubre de este años de 91;8% de sentimientos negativos y apenas 5,0 % de sentimientos positivos. Vaya usted imaginándose como debe sentirse una nación si la mayoría de las personas tienen sentimientos negativos hacia la situación actual del país.

Cuando los investigadores indagaron sobre qué tipos de sentimientos negativos tienen las personas sobre la situación actual del país resalta significativamente La Tristeza con un exorbitante 52,2%, seguido de la Rabia con 32,8%, la Preocupación con 32,2%, La frustración con 29,6% y la desconfianza con un 23,2% entre las más importantes de una larga lista de emociones negativas señalas por los participantes del citado estudio.

Que los venezolanos estemos invadidos de estas cargas negativas y de pensamientos negativos en gran medida la responsabilidad recae sobre la clase dirigencial que aún no encuentra la narrativa correcta para describir cuales son las soluciones que proponen para Venezuela. Por cierto todos los líderes salen con más del 70% de rechazo.
Por el otro lado de la moneda, los sentimientos positivos que expresaron los entrevistados sobre la situación del país resaltan: sentimientos de calma con 11.0 %, Tranquilidad 2,8 %, Esperanza 1,6 %, Alegría 1,4%, Confianza 1,4%, Entusiasmo 0,8% claridad 0,2% entre otros.
Los líderes deben comenzar por dejar a un lado el uso del lenguaje militar que fue puesto de moda hace 20 años y aun todos incluyendo los de la oposición se refieren a los eventos de la política cotidiana como batallas, derrotas, destrucción o muerte etc.

Hay otro grupo de dirigentes que son expertos en diagnostitis, es decir, sus narrativas son para restregarnos en la cara todo los días sobre las cosas malas de nuestra país o ciudad, como si nosotros no atravesáramos ese vía crucis todos los días. Más bien pareciera que ellos se asombran cuando señalar una avenida llena de huecos o que las personas cocinan con leña.
Cuando el político no tiene la formación requerida para ejercer la conducción de la sociedad se le hace muy difícil o casi imposible crear un nuevo discurso, no se atreven a plantear las soluciones o a decir que piensan para solucionar los problemas, claro yo sé que es imposible que alguien no piense pero aquí hay líderes que parecieran romper con esa regla.

Las metáforas a utilizar deben ser de construcción de esperanza, en devolver la alegría, en la reconstrucción de un país que ha sufrido la más grave de las pandemias, una que nació nada menos que con el siguiente slogan “Un fantasma está recorriendo a Europa…el fantasma del comunismo”

La reinstitucionalización del país, la siembra de valores y hacer que los venezolanos sean alegres otra vez será una ardua tarea y requiere de todos nosotros.

Todos debemos aportar nuestro talento para lograrlo, no importa a lo que usted se dedique hagalo con alegría, con entusiasmo y con la esperanza de que va mejorar, hagamos que nuestra ciudad vuelva a sonreír.

The metaphors to be used should be those of building hope, of giving back joy, of rebuilding a country that has suffered the most serious of pandemics, one that was born with no less than the following slogan "A ghost is haunting Europe...the ghost of communism".
The re-institutionalization of the country, the sowing of values and making Venezuelans happy again will be an arduous task and requires from all of us.

We must all contribute our talent to achieve it, no matter what you do, do it with joy, with enthusiasm and with the hope that it will improve, let's make our city smile again.
