My culture my heritage

Good day everyone how are you doing today? I hope everything is going well, it's new week and it's coming with a lot of fun just like last week.
I know due to the contemporary lifestyle of people our doctrines, beliefs, and cultures which guide our daily activities in society can not be taken away from us since it's embedded in us by our forefathers and ancestors.

Churches have doctrines, schools have doctrines, society and even our family have it too.
A case study in my locality is of the head of my village that's the king, In my village, we have families that produce a king that's to say that no king is crowned outside this families.
There was two means of qualifications to the throne from our forefathers, there were winning the oku oka wrestling competition and anyone that could kill a lion without the use of gun nor spare as at the time lion existed in my village.

says that when the father dies who was the breadwinner, the oldest male child becomes the breadwinner of that family. Another example can be seen in a situation if the father who was the head of the family dies, the properties will be shared among the male in this doctrine they believe that the ladies will be married out or will be taken out someday, so she has no place in the family again rather she has business in her husband’s place, the reverse may be your doctrine.

When we talked about culture is a common way of life of a particular group of people living together. people in our village, clan, and community.
This culture can be language that is used in that community which is common,
Food eaten by the people, mode of dressing, ways of title or ranking of elders and addressing them.

In some parts of the world, our culture is a barrier or obstacle to certain things that we do or suppose to do. It may demand our presence everyday hereby making us to stationary not even allowing us to travel and explore.

For example, in some parts of Africa, our cultures allowed a man to marry as many wives as he can depending on his capability of caring and catering to the family but in the case of a woman, it’s not allowed.
In some culture, some families have deity of which they worshipped and if the leader of the deity dies it compulsory that someone in that family succeed that space immediately.
