Good day, everyone! Since joining the hive platform, I've been ecstatic.
My name is Temiloluwa Mistural, and on Hive I go by the handle @mistural. This is my application for the initiative for newcomers.
I have a lot of ideas I can't wait to give, as well as a lot of crafts and tutorials on how to cook center dishes, but I need to take it gently.
I posted my Introduction post a few days ago, and based on the number of upvotes I received, I believe there is something good in store for me here on this site.
HOW DID I GET TO KNOW ABOUT HIVE?
I have my friend @starstrings01 to thank, he helped me signed up, there was even a time I had difficulties in posting my Introduction post, he explained to me how I'll go about it, he futher help me with one old Introduction post that I should use it as sample, helped me with the correct tag to use and many more.
MY THOUGHTS AND WHY I JOINED THIS INITIATIVE
Right from when I was a kid, I've always wants to learn new things, meet new people and share things with foreigners, especially those outside Africa. Joining Hive will make my dream come true. But I need to understand how it works, how the whole system operates. So when I saw this initiative I decided to apply for it. The initiative is well-organized, and there is a strategy in place for newbies. Three months is plenty of time for me and other newbies to figure out how the platform works while also improving my blogging skills.
THE KIND OF POST I'LL BE SHARING
Basically, I'll be writing about various African dishes, and where I'm from (Ogun State), we use natural plants and flowers to treat various ailments, so I'll be discussing the benefits of those plants and flowers. I'm still new to the world of crypto, but I'll do my best to offer my knowledge and original content related to crypto.

Finally, because I'm a gamer who enjoys playing games, I'll talk about several video games and mobile games.
Hopefully, everything I've learned as part of this program will be put to good use.

I registered few days ago, and did my Introduction post the next day, currently I have 0.001 HIVE, 0 HP and 0 HBD
In Conclusion, l want to explore, meet new people especially the crypto minded people. I want to understand the concept behind crypto. I want to be successful in the world of crypto, make my family proud.
