*Dryness can be a great source of protein for growing children. However, the type of dry cooking for children should be different. Younger children have almost twice as much protein needs as adults. And lack of protein hinders the growth of the baby. Children can be dried to meet this additional demand.

  • High levels of iodine in dried fruits help to alleviate various hormonal problems and increase blood flow in the body.

Caution in taking dried fishs

  • There are currently many unscrupulous traders who prepare and store dried fruits commercially by mixing DDT into dried fruits which is not healthy at all. Dryness mixed with this chemical spray can cause complex problems like liver cancer, kidney damage, skin diseases, scabies etc. So know well before or before buying dried food. If possible, you can make your own dry goods at home. After buying dried fruits from the market, wash them several times with hot water, especially until the smell goes away from the dried fishts.

  • Pregnant mothers should avoid shuntki if they are not sure whether the source from which the shuntki was bought is chemical free.

  • No matter how you cook with dried mash or curry, if the amount of oil and spices is not less, it will do more harm than good to the body. So it is better to cook as little oil as possible to maintain the nutritional value of dried fishs
