I have suffered this condition for almost 30 years.
I also knew people who ended their life, but I am inclined to believe the medication they were taking was to blame for this drastic decision.
In my experience what you eat, how clean your body is (inside, specially the gut) and your peace of mind heavily affects the tinnitus.
