It seems quite insane but it's absolutely true, leaders are people who head a society or organization but a look closer at the responsibility of a leader, it turns out that a good leader does more of servitude than leadership.
There are two approaches to leadership, first approach is seeking to lead because the individual think/feel they are capable of leading and barking out order's. The second approach is seeking to lead because of a particular need you've been able to identify and you think you have a possible solution for.
Difference between both approaches is this, the individual with the first approach will keep on barking order's but will later get to realize that not everyone would be on the same page with him/her, but the mentality of a leader which he/she has would never submit to anyone objection, so gradually it becomes a military regime and people begin to revolt.
The second approach individual comes with a mentality of a servant and is prepare to hear everyone out, and then find a balance between both sides while merging their purpose and ambitions with it. Most times they are considered weak and gullible.
