We can train in badly ways, and we can be sensible and train in the right ways. So, finding the best training program for your body and your challenges, can be hard nuts and bolts in the social sciences. But we should optimize our working, and doing the training in the ways we want to find pleasure and progress within.

You can be too slim or too fat when doing training, and the most important thing is to operate in a weight that you find stimulating and that gives you satisfaction. And we can train many things in our bodies, and the most appropriate and ordinary ways to train is to train the breathe, the heart and the lungs. And other people are training fitness and shape. So, we should be aware of what we train and why, and there are points of doing the training, and why and how people train their bodies in normal ways, or in ways that they will be a better version of themselves, and a better athlete.

So, there are many combinations to make a training program, and we should plan the future, and checking the future for the progress we want to have, and we should have a nice psychology and social psychology with the things we are doing.

We can train in many conceivable ways for being better, and one training program which is known is 4 sets x 6 repetitions.

Thanks guys for your stimulus to write this up, we have tried it on a few guys here and with different movements at it works a treat, will definitely being using it with a few Crusaders players this off season and beyond, learning never stop, and we should train strength, endurance and fitness as good as we can, but the question is always which program that is best for you and me, and why we should train as we should train.

So, when doing training running, we should train short distances with high intensity, long distances with lower intensity, and sprint and relax with repetitions. And the best training program you find among all the training programs that exist since people have tried this before, and we should train in such manners that we are better after the training than before the training, and hence it is an experiment with being better from time to time.

In which five ways should we train to be better, and not being in more badly shape from the time that we are here on the planet? Well, we can train several things to obtain progress, and the most important things are:

 Prioritize Compound Movements. When you use more muscles, you can gain more muscles.
 Work out your Brain. Pro athletes like Matt Ryan and Steph Curry train their brains to get a leg up on the competition.
 Engage in some Jumping.
 Drink more Water.
 Practice Active Recovery.

What is basic sport training? It is a particular type of training designed to improve fitness and abilities to perform in a given sport. It includes strength in training, corrective and restorative exercises, conditioning and cardiovascular training.

So, how do we start the training? Begin to run and cycle and swim the first weeks, and you should do the training pretty often. And after some weeks, you find a training program, and you plan the training, and make a design for your efforts. In such ways, you will notice progress, and that is a good thing! Good luck with your efforts and your training! Train to make good competitions, when we should compete!
