Que gusto saludarlos en este día tan especial. El 07 de mayo se celebró el día mundial de la risa 😄. Que emoción me dió escuchar ese día en la radio temprano en la mañana cuando desperté que el Primer domingo del mes de mayo se formalizó y adoptó esta celebración. ¿Cuándo fue la última vez que te reíste a carcajadas? Amigos muchas personas en el mundo les cuesta reír y más aún a carcajadas bien expresivas. A veces por aspectos culturales y creencias. **Me dió curiosidad por saber a quién se le ocurrió y por qué era importante la Risa que se recuerda su valor en un día como este**. Muchas veces nos cohibimos de reírnos por pena, timidez o por alguna otra circunstancia. Existen personas en el mundo que su labor es hacer reír a otros. El humor y la chispa es un talento que tenemos algunas personas.

What a pleasure to greet you on this special day. On May 7th was celebrated the world day of laughter 😄. What a thrill it gave me to hear that day on the radio early in the morning when I woke up that the First Sunday of the month of May was formalized and adopted this celebration. When was the last time you laughed out loud? Friends many people in the world find it hard to laugh and even harder to laugh out loud. Sometimes because of cultural aspects and beliefs. **I was curious to know who came up with this idea and why it was so important to laugh that its value is remembered on a day like today. Many times we shy away from laughing because of embarrassment, shyness or some other circumstance. There are people in the world whose job is to make others laugh. Humor and sparkle is a talent that some of us have.

¿Cuántas veces nos reímos de un chiste? En estos días una amiga me mandó un escrito para que leyera y adivinen. Era un chiste que desde el momento que comencé a leerlo fué para reírme. Les cuento que fué muy gracioso. Cuando reímos nuestra cara cambia y es que los músculos que están en nuestro rostro también se ejercitan. Notrotros los venezolanos todos los lunes teníamos una cita con la Risa y es que había un programa que se llamaba RADIO ROCHELA. Hoy escribiendo este post no quise pasar por alto tan esencial forma de expresar la vida y los problemas nacionales e internacionales con humor. Fue en este espacio televisivo que podíamos disfrutar riéndonos. En los últimos tiempos y cuando mi computadora estaba funcionando buscaba algún capítulo de este programa para reír un poco y disfrutar. Además de mostrarles a mis hijos la manera en que muchos Venezolanos disfrutábamos los lunes a las ocho de la noche.

How many times have we laughed at a joke? These days a friend of mine sent me a piece of writing to read and guess what? It was a joke that from the moment I started to read it I was laughing. I tell you it was very funny. When we laugh our face changes and the muscles in our face are also exercised. We Venezuelans had a date with laughter every Monday and there was a program called RADIO ROCHELA. Today writing this post I did not want to overlook such an essential way of expressing life and national and international problems with humor. It was in this television space that we could enjoy laughing. In recent times and when my computer was working I looked for some chapter of this program to laugh a little and enjoy. Besides showing my children the way many Venezuelans enjoyed Mondays at eight o'clock at night.

Durante mi etapa universitaria también experimenté tiempos de mucha risa y diversión. Vivía en un apartamento con siete personas totalmente distintas en la forma de pensar. Todas tenían su carácter. Bueno creo que yo también. Les cuento que buscabamos un espacio dentro de nuestra agenda de estudios, para divertirnos y era a través de la risa. Hacíamos juegos de mímicas en donde imitamos a alguna de las compañeras y esa terapia era para reír mucho. Me imagino que en otros países contarán con programas humorísticos que ayuden a las personas a tener una vida más Felíz. Lo digo porque reírse es la forma más económica de tener salud física y mental. No es que todo el día estemos riéndonos de todo. Sino que tengamos un espacio de tiempo en nuestras vidas para liberar el estrés tanto al final del día como durante todo una rutina de trabajo semanal. ¿Qué beneficios nos da la risa?. Leí un poco más en un artículo, y entre otros aspectos señalaba que **la risa es una forma efectiva de reducir el estrés, ansiedad, mejorar la función cardiovascular y sistema inmunológico. Además de aumentar la felicidad y la satisfacción general**. During my time at university I also experienced times of much laughter and fun. I lived in an apartment with seven people who were totally different in the way they thought.
