Hello Guys, I have been around for eight months now but I have not done any proper intro post about myself.
My name is Eze Joseph from eastern part of Nigeria (Ebonyi State). I was introduced to hive by @dablacks , a friend I met in my final days in the university. He only shared a few things with me about Hive as we didn't spend much time together. I flipped around Hive's interface to learn some of the things I know now, I never knew I had to even make an intro-post though I did something relating to that on my first post but had it posted to a wrong community _lol!
WHAT I DO
I am an artist from birth and by profession. I studied Fine and Applied Arts in the university, graduated in 2020, oohh I forgot about COVID! I finished my studies officially last year (May 2021) and I am currently serving as a Corp member in one of the south-western states (Ekiti) in Nigeria. I specialized into painting though most of my works are drawings. I enjoy working with oil colours, pencil and pen.
As an artist, I have a style of art that really moves my spirit and that is CLASSICAL ART. It is an art style I fell in love with after my year three industrial training. I have read a classical drawing book by Juliette Aristides which helped in shaping my drawing skill.
I am also a founder of an online gallery called @artsyfunai where I share amazing works by different artists. Personally, I love checking out/sharing works by other artist and artsyfunai which started in 2019 is there to document that. During my days of fine art studies in school, my colleagues and I had issues accessing art supplies, we normally order art materials from other states. So I tried to curb the unavailability of art materials by selling those materials under artsyfunai. The art store didn't stand because I started it during my last semester in school and there was no much fund to get a shop and put other things in place. Artsy currently is an online gallery and have plans of becoming a big art store.
MY CRYPTO JOURNEY
I got to know about cryptocurrency in 2020. YES 2020! I started off with some basic lessons on Binance, learnt some couple of things about centralized and decentralized exchanges, moved to chart analysis which made me to try out futures trading that got me liquidated countlessly LMAOOO!!
In June 2021, I started trading class fully, that was after I have paid some money to this guy to learn advance trading as he termed it, he happened to be flipping some shit coins and was getting massive returns that even bought him a car. I thought he will be good in trading due to how he was always putting up things on his whatsApp status. Long story short, I didn't learn a thing from him.
I started off on my own from learning Japanese candle sticks, drawing trendlines, support and resistance, supply and demand zones, fibonacci retracement, quaters theory, did some YouTube forex classes on money management, trading psychology, indicators fully fueled by Nononsense Forex. I put up some cool algorithm that had me demo trade the Forex and crypto market for a while with some little percent return in some months.
MY ART AND CRYPTO
Art has been a vital part of my life. My Art being a tool which I want to use and reach out to people, conveying extraordinary meanings through my Art. I have been wanting for a while how I can infuse my Art into the blockchain and make a cool living from it. I learnt about NFT last year but didn't really make any move till this year. Got some couple of pen sketches listed on OpenSea with no much knowledge of how everything works.
When I was introduced to Hive, I didn't know much about the utilities except for the rewards. With the knowledge I have now, I can vividly say that it will help blend my Arts into the crypto space. Hive as social platform built on the blockchain is super innovative!
JOURNEY SO FAR ON HIVE
Hive is home to many, Hive has opened my eyes into the Web 3.0 world, Hive has made me to understand a lot.
In general, since my eight eight months of staying around here though I wasn't active in my early months because I was just reluctant about it. So far, Hive has helped in my writing and reading skill. Yeahh I never saw myself having to sit and write some lengthy or even read some long post but now, if I see a good content out there, I sure take a break and read. Its been fun here and HIVE have actually made me realize that we have a lot of time everyday, through out the month and years, A LOT OF TIME that doesn't still wait for us LOL!
So guys, this is my proper introduction and I hope to make more friends under this post and waiiit did I tell you about my hobbies... ooh I forgot, I love listening to rap and any song that's cool to my ears, I love playing football and basketball even if I can't play B-ball so well, I like making friends and I also like cool night life, I also like anyone that drops reaction and comment on this post LOOLLL
