Sharing this video where our secretary and I assembled a doll house that was given by a generous sponsor. This would probably cost around 5,000php or more (~$100). It will be used to teach our students and help them improve their cognition, language skills, socialization and play skills.

We pole in minimal clothing because pole dancing is a skin contact sports. We need our skin to stick in to the pole. This video was taken during my upper body training day so I tried to challenge myself to see what I can do in full clothing. I was really difficult becauses I can only use my arms and would slip downwards if my torso gets in to contact witht he pole. I had to rely so much on upper body strength and my grip. All while pretending I wasn't struggling.

Ever wonder how much you can improve in pole in a span of three years? Here's mine. Of course, anyone can do so much better than I do. One's progress can depend so much on how much time one spends time on training and the baseline strength and flexibility. I have absolutely zero sports experience when I started pole. I couldn't even touch the floor without bending my knees - that's how tight my hamstrings were. They are still a problem now, but they have improved significantly from day 1.

My first night camping at the red rocks was also a full moon. It was a peaceful evening and a lazy morning.

Pienso que los músicos debemos tratar de estudiar diferentes géneros musicales y diferentes estilos de otras culturas a parte de tu país natal, creo además que la música es universal, es por ello que a parte de la música venezolana y la música clasica, me gusta estudiar géneros como el Bossa Nova, la música de Brasil es muy rica en armonía y ayuda mucho estudiarla para crecer musicalmente.
