BURNI Telong is an active volcano located in Bener Meriah Regency, about 17 kilometers from Takengon, Central Aceh. The altitude is 2,624 meters above sea level. Burni Telong is a strato volcanic type.
The peak of Burni Telong can be reached from two directions. The first is from the southeast slope through Kampung Sentral. It could also be from the southwest slope via Bandar Lampahan. Generally, climbers go up through the southwest slope. It takes about three to four hours to reach the top. Before arriving at the door to the jungle, you have to go through a coffee and sugar cane plantation owned by local farmers.

Finally, of course, as a religious community, as a Muslim, he would say a prayer so that the volcano becomes a blessing, not the other way around, a disaster to the surrounding community as a form of punishment from God for being disobedient to its Creator.
