'Samaloyang' Cake As Traditional Traditional Aceh Community

People are starting to turn to nut cakes or cakes sold in supermarkets or traditional markets. More practical and save time. Especially for those who have a dense activity.

But there are also those that still survive with the tradition of the inheritance of the indatu Aceh. One of them is like mothers in Lamnga Village, Masjid Raya District, Aceh Besar Regency, Aceh Province.

According to him, cooking Samaloyang is a hereditary heritage in his family. He was taught by his grandmother to cook traditional Acehnese cakes.
