The introduction: Grand manufacturers of unprofessionals in the media industry.

The society is made up of clustered sectors pulled together to foster development in a way that ensures humans survival on earth. over the years certain innovative ideas has been put in place to ensure we humans remain at the top of our game, being the sole driver and engineer of matters that concerns the earth.

Being empowered by this dutifully responsibility as one of the most highly intellectual species on earth surviving solely on the information at hand. in this dire times of human development the circulation and reportage of information as never been more critical. An indispensable role that lies on the shoulder of informed individuals known as the communicators, existing under the umbrella of an organisation called the mass media. quite a responsibility but what happens when the mighty drivers of dissemination of information can't handle the wheels?

As a fellow whose area of specialisation borders around Mass communication and other related field of study, I have always considered it as a personal and public duty to ensure the members of society stay informed about the society by all legal means possible. As Joseph Klapper once stated in his deduction about the roles of mass media in the society which stated that Only informed citizens of a state are capable of making informed choices" I was born patriotic and passionate about the affairs of my nation, knowing how important information is in fostering progressive growth among the members of the public.

You might wonder, why is the duty of the media industry feel personal to me? why exactly do I feel so tormented by their impediment?

I grew up in a weird community where lives holds no value, well eventually we moved out of there but I was not spared from the experience. in a community where laws and the enforcer were instrument of the rich, they were no principles, power and authority belongs to those who weld it. growing up in such an harsh environment, the only thing I could think of was how to make the world a better place or how to get out of there as soon as possible.

Firstly, for years I thought of having superpowers, As my wishes of superpowers never came true I was hopeless, seeing how my community grew worse every day, I started hoping for other ways to put an end to the injustice. Eventually I noticed, in this so called community there was absolute spiral of silence, the voice of the masses has no worth while the atrocities committed by the elite was never known of, no one had the courage to speak up or expose their illicit crimes, knowing about this, song of hope came to my mind, becoming the whistle blower but little did I know that corruption is a virus and media organisation is not immune to it. when those who are entrusted to be the whistle blower are not capable of discharging their duties, which leverage does an average citizen have against the powerful elite?

The sole aim of this article is to analyse certain factors and key players that are responsible for this unusual attitude in the media industry.
