Have a nice day! Today I have a whole selection of flower arrangements for you :-) I will start my show with a rose, of course.
I hope you noticed that it is somewhat unusual? But the background is quite original, isn't it?
This is most likely a surreal rose in my performance. It's not for nothing that they say that artists are mostly strange people, and what's in their head is on canvas. ** Like - that's how I see it** :-)
And my new rose appeared gradually, of course. In the beginning, she was like this.
I outlined the main petals and leaves, made a variety of background colors, and only after all this began to draw the smallest details and apply different masks with a brush.
I did some vertically, some horizontally, but mostly I tried to make all the colors of the rainbow play in each petal :-) But if not all, then a clear majority of them. Of course, shades of cadmium red definitely prevailed over the rest.
I am not very fond of floristry, flowers, buds, rather I am more of a landscape painter, but I have been drawing flowers for probably 3 years.
The first sketches were quite nondescript, but I did not despair, but continued to study... And then I drew on ordinary sheets from the packaging. Of course, the quality of work from this noticeably worsened. But canvases are not cheap, and it was even expensive to study on them.
Over time, the masks have become more confident and clear, and the colors are smooth and not sharp.
And the paintings have become more beautiful, and they have become better even on this site :-)
A little later, I even began to get real "masterpieces".
Or such a vase with orchids.

I published many of my works in this portfolio on the website "Deviant Art", and in General, during the year of painting, I drew more than 160 paintings, of course some of them are just drawings, so to speak, a sample of the brush :-)
But there are also good paintings that have received approval even from professional masters of painting!
