An happy Wednesday to you all! Today I decided to exercise my hand with pencils and watercolors. At the start of my way on art, I use to paint using ust watercolors on paper. It's a wonderful technques, but not so simple (because you can't correct anything when you're working using with this kind of techniques). Since a couple of years I prefer to work with oil colors on paper because I can control better the result I want, but sometimes I feel the need to use my watercolors just to experiment myself doing something different.
This morning I woke up soon and, before to go to work in the bookstore, I thought to draw something using pencils and some touches of watercolors on my sketchbook.
Here you can see the final result:
The landscape reminds the Shetland Islands, cause during these months I watched the tv series called "Shetland" and I like all the place I watched during the episodes. _
