Ayer en la noche una amiga me llegó con una tarea, en su trabajo le dieron al personal unas libretas para que anotaran cosas respecto a ello, pero ella no quería tenerla tan simple, así que me pidió que le hiciera un dibujo cualquiera allí. Por experiencias anteriores, yo ya sabía que a ella le gusta mucho el personaje de Boo en la película Monster Inc., al principio sólo la iba a dibujar a ella pero ya me la ha pedido como 3 veces antes entonces sería un poco excesivo, así que se me ocurrió tomar a los tres personajes principales. El pequeño dibujo de la forma representativa de Mickey Mouse con el corazón en el medio sólo decidí hacerlo porque también le gusta y, al fin y al cabo, esto es para ella entonces debe ser su estilo, además que quedó lindo.
Hi everyone! Last night a friend of mine came to me with an assignment, at her work they gave the staff some notebooks to write down things regarding it, but she didn't want to have it so simple, so she asked me to draw her any drawing there. From previous experiences, I already knew that she really likes the character of Boo in the movie Monster Inc, at first I was just going to draw her but she has already asked me for it like 3 times before so it would be a bit excessive, so I came up with the idea to take the three main characters. The little drawing of the Mickey Mouse representative shape with the heart in the middle I just decided to do it because she also likes it and, after all, this is for her so it must be her style, plus it looked cute.
Como ven, tapé la cara de Sullivan con una bandera sostenida por Mike, no sé si entiendan el porqué, pero se los explico: ¿Saben que en un momento exacto de la película, cuando ambos (Sullivan y Mike) salen en una revista o en la televisión, a Mike siempre le cubren la cara? Ya sea con el logo de Monster Inc. Ó con un código de barras; bueno, yo decidí esta vez que Sullivan tuviese la cara tapada por algo para invertir un poco los papeles, y que mejor que por culpa del mismo Mike. Esto lo tuve que realizar de noche, entonces son pocas fotos del proceso y no se ven tan claras, pero quería mostrárselos de igual forma.

Either with the Monster Inc. logo or with a bar code; well, this time I decided to have Sullivan's face covered by something to reverse the roles a little bit, and what better than Mike's own fault. I had to do this at night, so there are few pictures of the process and they are not so clear, but I wanted to show you anyway.
Proceso // Process
Hice un boceto simple pero limpio para poder empezar.
I made a simple but clean sketch to get started.
Coloreé directamente mientras iba borrando las marcas del lápiz porque no le haría delineado y no me gustaría que se notaran.
I colored directly while erasing the pencil marks because I wouldn't outline him and I wouldn't want them to show.
Sullivan fue sencillo a pesar de tener que ir haciendo línea por línea para crear más o menos el estilo de su pelaje.
Sullivan was simple even though I had to go line by line to create more or less the style of his fur.
Y así quedó cuando lo pegué en la libreta y añadí el dibujo de Mickey.
