Hi everyone! I was in a fairytale mood today, and after drawing, this piece reminded me somehow about [The Happy Prince](http://www.wilde-online.info/the-happy-prince.html) by Oscar Wilde. Although it was a sad story that I had remembered reading as a kid, it was also a very beautiful and inspiring one.
High above the city, on a tall column, stood the statue of the Happy Prince. He was gilded all over with thin leaves of fine gold, for eyes he had two bright sapphires, and a large red ruby glowed on his sword-hilt.
The prince decides to help poor people with the sacrifice of his sapphires and gold. He is helped by a little swallow. Except that after he gives his treasures to poor people, he is no longer considered valuable by the town mayor. The statue is molten and the little swallow stays with the prince and dies. They somehow meet again in heaven.
Well, I wanted this time that The Happy Prince is happier and that the glow in his eyes stands still.
