She is standing in sunlight and the sunlight is hitting her skin in some places directly, causing some very high contrast values.
Perfect for painting light. Probably should have gone with color but sometimes i just want to keep things simple and Do them in black and white.
I actually started this drawing with a brush practice. I was picking up new brush in clip studio paint and i really liked the way this particular one behaved and so i started to paint this picture without any sketch. Which seemed like a bad idea at the beginning but was not.
I am happy with how this one turned out.
