Hey! I'm back with another piece. For the entire month of May, Artpark organized an art challenge called "MerMay," in which you had to create your own original mermaid or merman character, and they provided you the concept on a specified day. I first refused to join since my creativity had deteriorated. LOL. But now that my creative motivation has returned, I'll try to catch up. And now I'm presenting this work of mine.
I remembered that I had the energy to create again after finishing what I was drawing that day. I tried to draw freely on my tablet and came up with her. I proceeded because I had created something.
Drawing what inspired me that day is how I get back into creating art. It is always effective for me. For example, you're watching this and think to yourself, "Oh, I want to draw him or her," and because you're extremely motivated, your rendering will be completed quickly and the result will be good.
As a result, I always watch anything that makes me happy and enhances my mood before I start drawing. Every time I see someone with a beautiful smile, I feel relieved, as if someone had healed me.
This art of mine is healing for me. I am a person who loves to stare at nothing. I don't know if that makes my mind feel refreshed even while I'm walking. I miss going to the beach. There was this time when I ditch school just to go to the beach, and I don't regret that decision. My parents were not angry with me because they knew I was stressed from school, and my father was with me, he was the one driving. hahaha.
