This piece is could be a surrealistic way to see hoe eve ate the apple and how adam was looking from below, expecting for something good to happen eventhough they were told not to do it, you can see wings on an angel looking at them, and a hand catching the human mask of a hidden demon also waiting for them to be cast out of eden.
