Drawing Lux Vega for the Splinterlands Art Contest

f you are conversant with my blog, especially my early works you would notice that in a weird way, I tilt towards making more drawings of bad bitches. And even when I deal with those drawings, I take my time in adding the details. This is not a mistake though, it is intentional. I at some point in my life used to see myself that way but now many things have changed and my orientation as well has evolved but I still enjoy drawing them.
That is one of the major reasons I drew Lux Vega. She looked like the Gambit guy from Wolverine Origins. I saw the movie for first time two months ago when I visited my fiancee. Apparently he was going through all the X-Men movies again as well as their spinoffs.
I decided to add color this week since I had access to them while I was chanced to draw this. I made sure that in the sketch I mapped out specific details and hope you can see the effort.
