It’s a warm afternoon right now in my place and as much as I want good weather like this, I just can’t bear the extra humidity that goes along with it. I wish this warm weather is a signal that it will rain later. Funny thing is that whenever I’m in the house working on my tasks I prefer rain, especially in this mid-afternoon. And whenever I’m outside the house playing or walking, I prefer the warm weather. I just wish that I could control the weather much like how the scientists do it in the movie Geostorm.
Now, moving on to my latest addition to the modern House series, I came up with a design that has a distinct “boxy character”. What I like about this design is the simplicity of the appearance. In this design, the construction of the house will also be simpler. It will all depend on the skill of the builder to achieve a really good quality that will compensate for the overly simplistic facade of the house.

One of the distinct features that I like about his design is are the “vertical slats” in front of the main entrance door. It provides privacy at the entry porch while allowing light & air to pass through that small space. On top of that, it’s also a good design feature for this modern house.
