No sé mucho de este personaje, más que lo del videojuego. Debo admitir que desde que conseguí la figura, se convirtió en uno de mis piezas preferidas. Tiene un aspecto impresionante, creo que es el principal factor del porqué de su popularidad, bueno, haciendo de lado su historia que está increíble.
I don't know much about this character other than from the video game. I must admit that since I got the figure, it became one of my favorite pieces. It looks incredible. I think that's the main factor why so popular, well, leaving aside the story, which is fantastic.
Esta figura es algo relativamente vieja, ya que salió al mercado en el año 2016. Tiene el empaque clásico de la caja rojo con negro, es la figura número 34 y viene con el nombre de Darth Revan al costado y al frente. En la caja está la ilustración del rostro del personaje en escala de grises, al igual que en la parte trasera. Hay una corto relato sobre el personaje, algo extraño, ya que en otras figuras esto suele ser un poco más extenso.
This figure is a relatively old one, having been released in 2016. It has the classic red with black box packaging, is figure number 34, and comes with Darth Revan's name on the side and front. On the box is the illustration of the character's face in grayscale and on the back. There is a short story about the character, something strange, as in other figures; this is usually a little more extensive.
Al sacarlo de la caja, inmediatamente se ve el gran diseño que tiene esta figura. Trae una capucha de goma esculpida, que en mi opinión hubiera preferido una capucha de tela. Debajo de la capucha tenemos la máscara, la cual está bien realizada y pintada en unas tonalidades plateadas y rojas.
Out of the box, you immediately see what a great design this figure has. It comes with a sculpted rubber hood, which in my opinion, I would have preferred a cloth hood. Underneath the hood, we have the mask, which is well done and painted in some silver and red hues.
La capucha se extiende a lo largo de los hombros, y pasa a formar parte de la capa. Esta capa si es de tela, y tiene unos arreglos en la parte inferior que la hacen lucir mejor. La capa tiene buena movilidad y es fácil de acomodar. Lo negativo de la capa, es que los desgarros que tiene al final se deshilachan con facilidad.
The hood extends along the shoulders and becomes part of the cape. This cape is made of fabric, and it has some arrangements at the bottom that make it look better. The cape has good mobility and is easy to fit. The downside of the cape is that the tears at the end of the cape fray easily.
En el torso, se tiene una pechera color bronce con algunos detalles en negro. En la cintura, se encuentra algo similar a un cinturón, el cual tiene un anillo dorado, que lo hace lucir bien. Estos detalles están hechos del material similar a la de la capucha.
On the torso, there is a bronze-colored breastplate with some black details. There is something similar to a belt at the waist, which has a golden ring, which makes it look good. These details are made of similar material to the hood.
La falda es de tela, al igual que la capa. Frente a la falda vemos un detalle en rojo, el cual supongo que es como un fajín. Este es de plástico blando, y se mantiene centrada pegada al anillo del cinturón. Pueden ver que al fajín de mi figura se le está cayendo la pintura roja.
The skirt is made of fabric, as is the cape. We see a red detail in front of the skirt, which I suppose is like a sash. It is made of soft plastic and is held centered against the belt ring. You can see that the waistband on my figure is losing the red paint.
La movilidad de la figura, es hasta en cierto punto regular, pues existen ciertas limitaciones en el movimiento de los brazos y piernas. La cabeza, a pesar de tener articulación, casi no se puede mover. La articulación del torso se puede mover libremente, pudiendo doblar a Revan para obtener mejores poses. Eso si, si se busca ponerlo de rodillas, es imposible. Bueno, al menos, yo no pude.
Mobility of the figure is, to some extent, regular, as there are certain limitations in the movement of the arms and legs. The head, despite having articulation, can hardly move. The torso articulation can move freely, being able to bend Revan to obtain better poses. However, if you want to put him on his knees, it's impossible. Well, at least, I couldn't.
Revan trae dos sables que ya están montados en las empuñaduras. Estas se pueden separar, así que puedes elegir si tener los sables encendidos o no. El sable rojo que viene con mi figura está un poco doblado, pero es algo que se puede arreglar con un poco de calor. El sable morado está increíble y desde mi perspectiva, está un poco más grueso que el otro.
Revan comes with two sabers that are already mounted in the hilt. These can be detached, so you can choose whether to have the sabers on or off. The red saber that comes with my figure is a little bent, but it's something that can be fixed with a bit of heat. The purple saber looks fantastic, and from my perspective, it's a little thicker than the other one.
En general, es una pieza increíble (no me cansaré de escribirlo), pero dista mucho de ser perfecta. Los detalles de pintura y la movilidad dejan que desear. Tengo entendido que saldrá o ya salió, no recuerdo bien, una reedición de esta figura. Si tengo la oportunidad de conseguirla, lo haré, y les escribiré si existe algún cambio significativo.
Overall, it's a fantastic piece (I won't get tired of writing it), but it's far from perfect. The paint details and mobility leave something to be desired. I understand that a reedition of this figure is coming out or already came out. I don't remember well. If I can get it, I will, and I will write you if there is any significant change.
Si tuviera que calificarla, le pondría un 4.5 de 5. Es una figura que todos deberían tener. Sin duda alguna.
