We are alive and thriving! We ran out of veggies, so I took one of my little ones to the store for some groceries. We found lots of treasures, including a clearance sale on (glass bottle) spices for $0.99/each, organic baby food pouches, also $0.99.

We are watching prices increase, but there are still some "good deals" available to scoop up. What's painful is watching staples like bread, milk and eggs going up in price. We used to get bread for about a dollar, now it's on SALE for two dollars. A dozen eggs were always less than a dollar, now they are three dollars. Milk used to be less than two dollars, now it's three fifty.

I know this type of inflation is nothing like what people have experienced in other nations, where prices double or triple over night. We may very well be experiencing this hardship in the coming months and years.

"Give us today our daily bread" we can only rely on the Most High for our life, not our own hands or our own money or anything of our own.
