Hello Hives and Uloggers!!!
This will be my newest #Ulog entry #2 and I'll be sharing my harvested corn and I thank God for this blessing. I do believe in the saying "What you sow, you will reap then you will eat".

A few months ago, we sow the seeds of corn in my little farm/garden maybe it was last February 2020 when lockdown has not just started yet. We decided to plant for our food and if there is a plentiful harvest we can also sell it.
But unfortunately, we didn't expect that the corn we planted will not grow normally because It's summer season. We didn't expect that the summer season is really hot and if you can observe in our place even some rivers are drained.
But above all that happened, we still thank God for all the blessings He gives to our family. Early this morning (06-07-2020) we decided to pick some corn's fruit for us to eat.
This is some of the corn's fruit we harvested.
At this moment, these were the time when my mother and I peeled the corn's fruit so that It will be ready for cooking.

Peeling the corns are now done, we put it in a big cooking pot and put some water, cook and steamed it for almost an hour and for other instances more than an hour.
Everything is now set, after more than an hour of cooking the corn now is ready to serve and ready to eat.

After all our labour of sowing, we already reap and now finally we will also eat it. The other corn that we cooked we shared with our cousins and neighbours, for we believe in the Word of God that says;
Acts 20:35

35 In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ ”
