Una cena a base de zanahorias [Esp/Eng]

Saludo cordial a la comunidad #CreativeCuisine.

Las papas y las zanahorias en términos generales los tenemos en nuestras neveras, a veces queremos dar uso de ellas de otras maneras como sucedió en este caso que no encontraba como hacer la cena de mi madre para hacerla un poco diferentes y con papas que a ella le gusta mucho.

Aquí me puse un poco creativa.

Potatoes and carrots in general terms we have them in our fridges, sometimes we want to make use of them in other ways as it happened in this case that I could not find how to make my mother's dinner to make it a little different and with potatoes that she likes a lot.

Here I got a little creative.

-2 zanahorias
-4 papas pequeñas
-1 huevo
-1 cucharada de queso crema
Un poco de queso mozarella
Sal, pimienta al gusto

-2 carrots
-4 small potatoes
-1 egg
-1 tablespoon of cream cheese
A little mozzarella cheese
Salt, pepper to taste

Lavar muy bien la zanahoria. Pelar las papas, lavarlas.

Rallar la zanahoria y la papa.

Una vez rallada unir en una bandeja la zanahoria, la papa, el queso crema, el queso mozarela, sal y pimienta.

Unir todo muy bien.

Wash the carrot very well. Peel the potatoes, wash them.
Grate the carrot and the potato.
Once grated, put the carrot, potato, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper in a tray.
Mix everything together very well.

En una bandeja aceitada colocar las torticas ya moldeadas con las manos.

Llevar al horno.

La temperatura del horno de acuerdo a como lo usa. Cada quien conoce su horno.

In an oiled tray place the tortillas already molded with your hands.
Bake in the oven.
The oven temperature depends on how you use it. Everyone knows their own oven.

Listas, fuera del horno, esperar que enfríen un poco para que se solidifiquen un poco más y su sabor se sienta con más fuerza.

Ready, out of the oven, wait for them to cool a little so that they solidify a little more and their flavor is felt more strongly.

Si considera que es muy poco, puede tostar un poco de pan y acompañarlas.

If you consider that it is too little, you can toast some bread and accompany them.
