In the framework of the Christmas festivities in many homes begin the planning of the dishes to share in a family dinner to celebrate the birth of Baby Jesus. In Venezuela, the traditional dish is the hallaca with contours such as pernil, chicken salad, the years have passed where many families opt for other dishes perhaps not to change the style but the preparation of the hallaca takes several steps and sometimes it costs a little to carry out when there are not so many people to perform this work.
In my home it was decided not to elaborate them for different reasons, however we have been blessed and there has been no lack of hallaca on our plate, by the action of others. For not having hallacas made in the family, a Christmas Chicken was planned for Christmas dinner. Here I share its preparation and have the pleasure of sharing an important dinner like Christmas.
