My son is quite a grill master. I have shared here before about many of the wonderful meals he has cooked out on my grill when he has been here visiting me for the weekend.
He just got a new grill and since today was a holiday here in the US he cooked breakfast on the grill for himself and his wife.
Here are the photos of their 4th of July omelet!
The grill has a place for wood chips to be added to enhance the smokey taste
And even a window for viewing without the need of lifting the lid and letting all the heat escape.
