Top 5 Tides of Fate cards so far!

Untitled Design (6).png

Greetings everyone,

It has been a while since I did any kind of posts on hive, and that is due to extreme pressure from work on top of many other difficulties of life that we all live in! But that does not mean that I stopped playing the game at least. I was always trying my best to get as much games in as possible and tried to always stay up to date with the meta.

Since now that I felt I am back to having enough time again to post, I decided to come back again and what other way to do it then to gp straight to our newly released set: Tides of Fate!

Now we might feel or see that since the released of the new set, there was use of many cards but to be honest it was not as much as I expected. I expected to see a lot more new cards being used but that is just how the nature of new sets is; it needs a bit more time to discover the potential of all the new cards in the set. So in this post I decided to rate the top 5 cards in this set according to how useful and versatile they are.

Keep in mind that this list is totally my own opinion and that does not imply that you should start using these cards or that they really are the best!

Card Ranking

#1 Draka Scout

This creature became the foundation of the newly discovered and very fun dragon war deck! Getting 1 assured dragonite and 3/3 stats at 3 mana is pretty good. On top of that it is a must react for your opponent so you're basically forcing him to do something or else you're going to get even more shards!

#2 Claw and Fang

Now despite this card not being so fancy and just a common one, it made this list just because of the great addition it gave dragon as well as control war decks! Dealing 2 damage for 2 creatures at 5 for only 1 mana while leeching for 4 is very much worth it for any control deck out there! So it definitely deserves this spot!

#3 Francesca, Surging Signal

Now Francesca takes the 3rd sport just because of the birth of a new OTK deck that relies totally on her. And the combo itself is really viable and doable at 5 mana so definitely a good addition for the set and very fun to use. It is good to see new decks around every now and then!

#4 Draka Gatherer

This card has been really effective laterly in Dragon deck. It is one of those cards where you must react to it somehow, yet at the same time is has really annoying stats that stops you from doing so while at the same time having the potential to provide even more value with the Shards! and 4/6 for 5 mana? That's even better!

#5 Scale Dance

This card was also a really great addition for control and slow decks! for 2 mana only at turn 7, you get to 3, 3/1 warriors that can clear out annoying creatures! With the 3 strength they have too they can take out some really annoying creatures from your opponent!

Final Thoughts

So those are my top 5 Tide of Fate cards so far rated from highest to lowest! We can notice that most of them are war decks, and that was reason why we saw a whole new deck being born for war as well as mostly new war cards have been used a bit more than all other gods!

We hope in the future we get to see even more cards being used and effective because it makes the game much more fun that it is and it gives a new taste to the game! Hopefully since I have more extra time now I will get back to posting regularly as before, I will mainly focus as usual on trying decks and bringing in what is fun yet effective at the same time hopefully doing so with new cards if possible!

That was it for this one, it feels really good to be back here I will try my best to get back to the regular post yet again I hope everyone is doing really good and have a good day!

Mad Love, Peace Out!
