My last post about GU was a month ago, I mentioned the reason I was not active on Hive several times in my previous posts but in case you don't follow my other posts about Splinterlands or the other games I will explain it to you here. So the main reason was that I wanted to take a break from all of that and especially from my PC. I wanted to spend some time with my family and friends and go on proper vacations for once after a long time. Pretty much that was it and I just said all of that because I didn't know what deck was in the meta so I used the last deck I constructed 😂. I will slowly catch up with the current meta and I believe that I could manage to reach Mythic once again. So let's make a recap for today's article and begin with the most interesting thing that I promise to upload ASAP and that was my battle with @kstreet! I am not going to spoil too much if you haven't read his post and I will let you find out who was crushed. The second major thing that happened was that my latest video about GU on Youtube has reached 140+ views! I know that it doesn't sound like a huge number but for a small channel like mine, it's a pretty serious accomplishment.
Report from Weekend Event
This weekend event, was pretty much a disaster I think and the reason I believe was the fact that this deck couldn't stand with the full meta decks that I encounter at the Diamond league. I struggle a lot to do a couple of wins when I was in Diamond but the deck perform much better when I deranked and played in Solar Gold. I believe that it's pretty fun and ok to play it at ranks below Diamond but if you want to achieve Mythic and Diamond ranks you should definitely use meta decks. Believe me, I found out about that the hard way. So if you have any suggestions please leave a comment below with your opinion.

The deck is the same as before I shared it again only because I wanted to share the drop of winrate after some games. It's still not that bad but I believe that is pretty outdated.
Unpacking Rewards
So these are the rewards that I opened and I was pretty surprised when I opened my first pack and found a Legendary in it! I don't believe that is playable in the current meta but it's not too bad either. The good thing is as I always say that my collection grows bigger and that's my main focus.
