As I was exhausted and in bed relatively early and slept well, I woke up before the alarm clock. After continuing yesterday's podcast while still in bed, I remembered yesterday's report. I then published it straight away. In the podcast, I was still looking for a passage that I should have made a note of when I was falling asleep yesterday. I couldn't find it. It was Joël Valenzuela, who I heard say something like: "I like Bitcoin, but I don't like assholes promoting their next centralized tool." Well, maybe it was completely different. Maybe I'll come across it again before I send this report. I then got up and started with a spoon and oil. At breakfast, I provided company by grabbing a wooden dexterity game that was lying around unsolved. I drank my first glass of hot water and took my first magnesium and vitamin C. By the time the puzzle had been solved with four hands together with my son, the others had already tidied everything up again. It was only afterwards that I made myself my hot lemon and have been sitting at the PC with it for a few tasks ever since. This note was also written while I was doing this in the morning. When we had lunch together, I had my first meal. I also took omega-3, A and C vitamins again. We then went for a walk together, during which I got the most activity of the day. I'm very happy about the café Americano to go that I was able to take with me. And also that I take my first magnesium in the morning so that it doesn't get in the way of a coffee like this. As little coffee as I've been drinking since November, a coffee like this is even more delicious. Just before going to bed, I sit at my PC again. I remember that I hadn't taken the B vitamins with the third vitamin C for dinner. So I made up for it straight away and also added the second magnesium. Now I'm going to do this translation and then go to bed. Da ich erschöpft relativ früh im Bett war und gut durchgeschlafen habe, wurde ich vor dem Wecker wach. Nachdem ich noch im Bett erst mit der Fortsetzung des gestrigen Podcast weiter machte, kam mir der gestrige Report in den Sinn. Diesen hatte ich dann direkt veröffentlicht. Im Podcast hatte ich noch nach einer Stelle gesucht, die ich mir doch gestern beim Einschlafen erst noch notiert haben hätte sollen. Ich fand sie nicht. Es war Joël Valenzuela, den ich sowas sagen hörte wie: "Ich mag Bitcoin, doch ich mag keine Arschlöcher, die ihr nächstes zentralistische Tool anpreisen." Nun denn, vielleicht war es ganz anders. Vielleicht begegnet mir die Stelle auch nochmal, bevor ich diesen Report sende. Aufgestanden bin ich dann und begann mit Löffel und Öl. Beim Frühstück leistete ich gesellschaft, indem ich mir ein Holz-Geschicklichkeits-Spiel griff, das ungelöst umherlag. Dazu trank ich mein erstes Glas heißes Wasser und nahm die ersten Magnesium und Vitamin-C. Als das Rätsel dank vier Händen mit meinem Sohn zusammen gelöst war, hatten die Anderen bereits alles wieder aufgeräumt. Erst anschließend machte ich mir meine heiße Zitrone und sitze seither damit für ein paar Erledigungen am PC. Dabei ist nun am Vormittag auch diese Notiz bereits entstanden. Als es gemeinsames Mittagessen gab, hatte ich dann meine erste Mahlzeit. Dazu nahm ich wieder Omega-3, A- und C-Vitamin. Anschließend machten wir einen gemeinsamen Spaziergang, bei dem ich die meißte Bewegung des Tages bekam. Ich freue mich sehr über einen Café Americano to go, den ich mir mitnehmen konnte. Und auch, dass ich mein erstes Magnesium schon am Morgen nehme, damit es nicht einem solchen Kaffee in die Quere kommt. So wenig Kaffee, wie ich seit November trinke, ist solch ein Kaffee nochmal extra lecker. Kurz vorm Zubettgehen sitze ich wieder am PC. Dabei fällt mir ein, dass ich die B-Vitamine mit dem dritten Vitamin-C zum Abendessen nicht genommen hatte. Ich habe das also gleich nachgeholt und auch das zweite Magnesium direkt dazu genommen. Nun werde ich hierfür noch die Übersetzung erstellen und falle dann ins Bett.
