In the institution where I work, we are celebrating; therefore, it is very easy that every now and then we have closing events of each course that is given there, where people demonstrate to their peers, personalities and the general public the result of what they learned during the days of courses.
In this opportunity, I came across the closing of the Sewing course project. I was able to learn that there they go through various modules ranging from simple things like recognizing the tools to be used, the different types of seams, the ways to make the pieces, which makes a course capable of making as many things as: shirts, pants, handbags, uniforms and even a wedding dress! ready to say the YES❤️.

¡Hola! mi querida comunidad! Espero que todos se encuentren muy bien y puedan disfrutar de esta pequeña mini historia que hoy les traigo. En la insitución donde trabajo, estamos de celebración; por eso, es muy fácil que a cada rato tengamos eventos de cierre de cada curso que allí se da, donde las personas demuestran ante sus compañeros, personalidades y público en general el resultado de lo que aprendieron durante los días de cursos. En esta oportunidad, me topé con el cierre de proyecto del curso de Costura. Pude aprender que allí ellos pasan por diversos módulos que van desde cosas tan simples como reconocer las herramientas que van a usar, los diferentes tipos de costuras, las formas de hacer las piezas, lo que hace un curso capaz de hacer tantas cosas como: camisas, pantalones, carteras, uniformes y ¡Hasta un vestido de novia! listo para decir el SI❤️. At the very moment when I was passing by I was able to share with the sewing participants, talking to the teacher and showing their creations to the staff who were enjoying the presentation.
En el justo momento cuando iba pasando y pude compartir con los participantes de costura, hablando justamente con la profesora y mostrando sus creaciones al personal que estaba disfrutando de la presentación.

All these people (mostly women), were active week by week in the specialized workshops and in the background you can see some of the creations they made during this time.
El profesor Juan S. dando la bienvenida, explicando los procedimientos realizados y dando las palabras finales a su equipo que lo acompañó aproximadamente unos 4 meses. Todas estas personas (en su mayoría mujeres), estuvieron activa semana a semana en los talleres especializados para ello y al fondo se ve algunas de las creaciones que hicieron durante este tiempo.
One of the dynamics they implemented during the exhibition was the following: an external person would point to a piece and the person who made it would stand up and explain the process of making it.
Many of the people would tell the type of fabric, the measurements, who inspired them and the challenges they had at the time of making it, such as lack of materials, electricity or time, since some of them have other occupations to cover, such as work or family.
Una de las dinámicas que implementaron durante la exposición fue la siguiente: una persona externa señalaba una pieza y la persona que la elaboró se ponía de pie y explicaba su proceso de elaboración. Mucha de las personas decían el tipo de tela, las medidas, en quién se inspiraron y los desafíos que tuvieron al momento de hacerla como falta de algún material, electricidad o tiempo ya que algunas tienen otras ocupaciones que cubrir como empleo o familia.
At the end all the teachers gave some words of encouragement and motivation to continue with their training and on behalf of the institution, they are making efforts such as giving them classes on marketing, social networking, entrepreneurship events where they can show their creations to more public. One of my goals, is to talk to them about #Hive so that here they can show their collections, elaboration processes and why not, even buy these pieces in our currency😊.
It is important to understand that due to the country situation, people are reinventing themselves in the trade and learn to make these pieces, becoming an economic alternative and independence in their lives to help their family and environment. Listening to these motivating and hopeful stories, help other people to enroll or continue perfecting the technique, everyone wins!

Al final todos los profesores dieron unas palabras de aliento y motivación para que continuaran con su formación y de parte de la institución, estan haciendo esfuerzos como darles clases sobre marketing, redes sociales, eventos de emprendimientos donde puedan mostrar sus creaciones a más público. Una de mis metas, es hablarles de #Hive para que acá muestren sus colecciones , procesos de elaboración y ¿por qué no? hasta comprar estas piezas en nuestra moneda😊. Es importante entender que debido a la situación país, las personas se estan reinventando en el oficio y aprenden a elaborar estas piezas, convirtiéndose en una alternativa económica e independencia en sus vidas para ayudar a su familia y entorno. Escuchar esas historias motivadoras y esperanzadoras, ayudan a otras personas a inscribirse o seguir perfeccionando la técnica ¡Todos ganan! De los que más me gustaron fueron:
