I think they will go after people by promoting discrimination for hiring within the United States. These are things that wouldn't affect you immediately but would make life difficult for many Americans and that would indirectly affect millions in terms of effecting job markets and quality of American products and services.
A person's politics should never be grounds for discrimination but that's why its probably better to interact online through a pseudonym and guard your identity like your bitcoin private keys like @themarkymark does. I think most of us on Steem/Hive have been guarding our identities like we guard our public keys. That is, attached to our profile and stored in the blockchain.
There are just too many Trump voters to put into prison. They probably would have to lock up all the prison guards and then who would watch the prisons?
