Oh, I feel for you! That must have been so incredibly frustrating and hurtful that a family friend would be that selfish as to mess around with your relationship with your boyfriend 😔 And then for your beau not to believe you and to have continued doubts about your faithfulness and commitment to him. Your boyfriend should have trusted you when you denied the stories and explained what had happened, and therefore having to let him go, while hard, was probably a blessing in disguise.
