Josh Bradley, a 16 year old teenager was known as the kid with no talents in a family of talented people because literally every member in his extended family had a special talent which made them unique, his father John Bradley Senior was a former footballer who represented their country in his playing days and is the current sports ambassador in his state, his mother Kate Bradley was a famous fashion designer and an amazing chef who worked with celebrities but she recently stopped working as a fashion designer and opened a massive restaurant which had always been her dream, his elder brother John Bradley Junior took over his father as a footballer, his elder sister Kenzie Bradley was a ballet champion and gymnast and his immediate elder sister Samantha Bradley was an upcoming actress who featured in blockbuster movies.
His grandparents from his father's side were the first ever double tennis champions in the olympics games and his grandparents from his mother's side were the first double figure skating champions in the olympics.
His aunts, uncles, cousins were sports champions, or one important personality or the other but he was nobody according to people.
Josh was always teased by his peers in school due to his lack of talent and whenever he passed people said to him
You should be ashamed of yourself every member of your family is important but you are not, you are just a talentless nobody.
Those statements seemed to hurt him each passing day mainly because he had a talent which he had been hiding all these while but he had not mustered courage to reveal it to anybody.
His mother's restaurant BRADLEY'S was one of the biggest restaurant in the country and it had excellent reviews from food critics, celebrities frequented the restaurant which made it very busy.
The entire Bradley family including John Bradley snr always assisted in running the restaurant when they were less busy especially Josh.
Every year a governmental organization called Restaurant Inspectors came inspected restaurants all over the city to check if the restaurant would meet the standards set that year and failure to meet the requirements would result in shutting down of that restaurant permanently and the winner would receive a massive amount from the government so each year Kate made sure that everything is in order with the help of her family.
The main feature that distinguished BRADLEY'S from other restaurants was the entertainment it provided, live music was always heard there which was performed by a band and thier amazing lead singer so as people enjoyed thier meals the band performed to soot the minds of the people.
The lead singer was a popular artiste that was sought after by all so the price for retaining her went up each year but Kate was always up to the task.
As the day the restaurant inspectors would come was fast approaching, preparations were made so as to meet the standards of that year, Kate made sure that everything was in order including paying the band that would perform and adding an extra to the lead singer to avoid stories but when the day finally came the lead singer refused to perform because she demanded for more money because according to her
An A list performer as myself should receive massive amount of money.
Kate and even John senior tried to reason with her but she refused so they had to let her go because they used up all their money to decorate the restaurant.
Everyone was worried, what would happen now?, the BRADLEY'S was known for entertainment so how would they solve the problem now.
Kate and John senior tried to find a replacement singer but time did not permit them so they decided to remove entertainment for that year but just as they were about to cancel it Josh said to everyone's surprise

His older siblings started laughing but thier parents hushed them and turned to Josh
What are you talking about son, can you sing? His dad asked inquisitively
Yes i can dad. He answered frighteningly and started regretting why he said so
How? When? Where? His mom asked
I found out that i had a unique voice about a year ago but i could not tell anybody because i was afraid. He answered
That's not enough reason to conclude that you can sing Josh. His older brother mocked
Josh we don't have time for this please, i know you want to contribute something for this family but this is not the right time to do it, i will find another singer. His dad said with finality
Dad please give me a chance i promise to try my best. Josh begged
I think we should give him a chance and besides the restaurant inspectors would soon arrive but don't mess it up because you know what's at stake here. Kate said
Josh was happy that he would get the chance to showcase his talent in front of a big audience, he went to the dressing room and dressed himself properly and then requested for a guitar which was provided so he spent the last few minutes tuning his guitar.
The restaurant inspectors finally came and of immediately checked every nook and cranny to find faults but they were not successful, the food critics which were part of the group were served different dishes and when they were done eating they had happy looks on thier faces and finally it was time for Josh to seal the win for his family.
He went up to the stage and started singing but his voice was shaky and his guitar was off tune, he was so nervous and when he looked at his family members they looked disappointed.
Josh wanted the ground to open up and swallow him, what was he thinking?, he felt like crying on stage but he summoned courage and decided to try again.
He closed his eyes and tuned his guitar perfectly then he started singing melodiously to the surprise of his family, everybody present in the restaurant stood up to cheer him on as he sang with such a beautiful voice which could be passed as that of a professional singer and much to everyone's surprise he started dancing to the rythm of his tune.
When he was done singing everybody including the officials of the restaurant inspectors rose to their feet to cheer the boy who was taught to be talentless.
From that day Josh started recieving recognition from all and sundry, he was called to different high class occasions to perform which lead to nation wide fame and he was given the nickname golden boy by many and when he finally released his own songs which lead to world wide fame and he went from strength to strength as the years went by, he held concerts which sold out.
The stone that the builder once rejected has become the corner stone was the case of Josh who was once ridiculed but the story changed due to the restaurant incident and not only did he save his mother's restaurant, he became a world wide sensation.
