Muchos de nosotros hemos escuchado una noticia, buena o mala que nos ha impactado, pero al transcurrir del tiempo, nos damos cuenta que esa noticia era una tergiversación de la verdad, y ese impacto inicial fue una desilusión o un alivio, sea cual sea, la naturaleza de la noticia. Muchas veces nos dejamos llevar por lo que dicen y no corroborando la información, inclusive actuamos en consonancia a ella sin percatarnos del error. Es por esto que no nos detenemos a analizar los hechos y sí tiene o no sentido. Muchos rumores tienen el poder de debilitar las relaciones interpersonales y aunado a la mala fe, falta de confianza y falta de apertura a la comunicación, logra fracturar relación entre las personas.

Esto pasa hasta en las mejores familias, en mi caso la mala fe de uno de los miembros de mi familia, fracturó la relación entre algunos miembros, las relaciones personales dentro de mi circulo familiar, son frágiles, no tanto por mi propia sangre, sino los que han llegado a formar parte de él, de manera indirecta, personas que vienen de entornos fracturados y familias disfuncionales, con sus egos frágiles, que viven bajo el yugo del "modo supervivencia", defendiéndose de todo y sin necesidad, y lo peor oportunistas toman cualquier decisión, sólo a su favor, al igual hace con los comentarios.

Hablar con mi cuñada es imposible, pues ha puesto una pared y se ha convertido en intransigente en este sentido y poco le importa lo que piensen de ella, sigue sembrando cizaña, chismes y calumnias.

En conclusión no hay mejor forma de llevar una relación más sana que, evitando esparcir rumores dañinos y malsanos que entorpezcan las relaciones, no permitir que los rumores trasciendan, ya que éstos afectan tu credibilidad como persona de manera familiar y social. Es difícil mantener a esas personas tóxicas fuera de tu vida, pero es más sano mantener las distancias y poner límites y nunca permitir que estas prácticas malsanas lleguen a agresiones física y verbales, y mucho menos a humillarte , difamarte e involucrarte es sus mentiras.
