Que tal Hive Blogers el día de hoy les traigo una iniciativa de nuestra amiga @yolimarag que se trata de Mis Tres Platos de Comida Favoritos. Yo supe de esta iniciativa por @Lina1976 que es mi mamá, incluso me puse de acuerdo con ella y mi hermano @ster27 para que el que más votos tenga realizará su comida. A continuación les muestro mis platos de comida favoritos.

I found out about this initiative through @ Lina1976 who is my mother, I even agreed with her and my brother @ ster27 so that the one with the most votes will make her meal. Here are my favorite food dishes.

Comenzamos con el reconocido Pasticho, este plato me encanta por su fantástico sabor, su aroma es tan penetrante que lo podría oler sin nariz. El Pasticho me hace recordar voy a la casa de mi abuela paterna el estado Falcón, ella siempre nos preparaba Pasticho para recibirnos, últimamente no hemos podido ir por la pandemia. En diciembre hicimos Pasticho para comer en navidad, saliéndonos de la tradicional cena. Me gusta hacerlo, y ayudar a mi mamá porque su preparación es muy fácil solamente hay que colocar la pasta, la carne, la salsa bechamel y el queso, todo en capas.

We start with the renowned Pasticho, I love this dish for its fantastic flavor, its aroma is so penetrating that I could smell it without a nose. El Pasticho reminds me I go to the house of my paternal grandmother in the Falcón state, she always prepared Pasticho to receive us, lately we have not been able to go due to the pandemic. In December we made Pasticho to eat at Christmas, leaving the traditional dinner. I like to do it, and help my mother because the preparation of her is very easy, you just have to place the pasta, the meat, the béchamel sauce and the cheese, all in layers.

De segundo pueden ver las sabrosas chuleta ahumada de cerdo, este plato se puede acompañar con arroz, puré de papa y una ensalada de repollo y zanahoria. Este plato es muy delicioso ya que esta chuleta es ahumada y su sabor es inigualable. mi mamá usa en ocasiones chuleta para darle sabor a los granos y a mi me encanta.

Y por ultimo la mas importante y que me más me gusta la reconocida mundialmente Pizza, a pesar de ser italiana en cada rincón del mundo la conocen y la realizan de acuerdo a sus gusto. He visto que por ejemplo en Hawái le ponen piña, a mi particularmente me gusta con queso mozzarella, pepperoni, jamón y maíz. Disfruto comerla y especialmente cuando la muerdo y el queso derretido se estira. Cerca de mi casa había una pizzería llamada Guanotas era de un amigo que se fue del país, el cada vez que íbamos nos preparaba la pizza de manera muy especial. Cuando había una celebración especial nos reuníamos en su pizzería. Extraño esos momentos.

And finally the most important and that I like the world-renowned Pizza, despite being Italian in every corner of the world they know it and make it according to their tastes. I have seen that for example in Hawaii they put pineapple, I particularly like it with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, ham and corn. I enjoy eating it and especially when I bite into it and the melted cheese stretches. Near my house there was a pizzeria called Guanotas, it belonged to a friend who left the country, every time we went he prepared pizza for us in a very special way. When there was a special celebration we would meet at his pizzeria. I miss those moments.
