Hello hello, my beautiful hivers! I hope everyone is doing great and had a great weekend, today in this post I want to share mine which for me was the best! It was a weekend I had been waiting for because I knew I was going to have a great time and how can you not do it when you are with friends you haven't seen in a while? Impossible not to have a great time with such a scenario.

El día sábado fue el cumpleaños de mi mejor amigo y a él quiero dedicar este post. Ha sido mi mejor amigo desde que tengo uso de razón, hemos vivido maravillosos momentos juntos y tenemos tantos recuerdos que cada que estamos juntos recordamos cada anécdota graciosa o no tan buena que hemos pasado jajaja.
Mi amigo estaba tan entusiasmado por su fiesta que ya tenía todo planeado con un mes de antelación. La temática fue bastante original y su invitación como todo hoy en día fue de manera virtual pero quedó muy hermosa.

Saturday was my best friend's birthday and I want to dedicate this post to him. He has been my best friend for as long as I can remember, we have lived wonderful moments together and we have so many memories that every time we are together we remember every funny or not so good anecdote we have had together hahaha.
My friend was so excited about his party that he had everything planned a month in advance. The theme was quite original and his invitation as everything nowadays was virtual but it was very beautiful.
Como pueden ver, la invitación dice que la fiesta comenzaba a las 8:00 pm, pero mi grupo de amigos y yo pensábamos llegar un poco más tarde ya que las fiestas nunca comienzan a la hora, pero no imaginamos a la hora que terminaríamos llegando porque ese día (como siempre que uno planea algo), pasó de todo jajaja. Comenzó a llover muchísimo durante toda la tarde y no paraba de llover, se fue la electricidad muchas veces y aún a las 9:00 pm no habíamos podido trasladarnos a su casa, hasta pensamos que quizá lo cancelaría pero no, nada nos detuvo de llegar a celebrar el cumpleaños de nuestro amigo.
Llegamos a su casa a medianoche, pensamos que quizá por la lluvia y las múltiples veces de haberse ido la electricidad, muchas personas no llegarían y quizá habría muy pocas pero para nuestra sorpresa al llegar su casa estaba muy llena y gracias al cielo porque todo estaba tan hermosamente decorado como para que se desperdiciara o nos lo perdiéramos.
As you can see, the invitation says that the party started at 8:00 pm, but my group of friends and I thought we would arrive a little later since parties never start on time, but we didn't imagine at what time we would end up arriving because that day (as always when you plan something), everything happened hahaha. It started to rain a lot during the whole afternoon and it didn't stop raining, the electricity went out many times and even at 9:00 pm we had not been able to move to his house, we even thought that maybe he would cancel it but no, nothing stopped us from celebrating our friend's birthday.
We arrived at his house at midnight, we thought that maybe because of the rain and the multiple times the electricity, had gone out many people would not arrive and maybe there would be very few but to our surprise when we arrived his house was very full and thank heaven because everything was so beautifully decorated for it to go to waste or for us to miss it.
Al final todo con la electricidad se normalizó y por fin dejó de llover a cantaros. La noche transcurrió de lo más perfecta, teníamos tanto sin reunirnos y compartir, hablar muchísimo, nos reímos hasta que nos dolió el estómago, bailamos, cantamos, y por supuesto bebimos uno que otro trago jajaja. Hacía ya bastante tiempo que no la pasábamos tan bien. Lamentablemente faltaron algunos amigos que por motivos de distancia no pudieron llegar pero los mantuvimos informados toda la noche y les enviamos muchas fotos.
In the end everything with the electricity was back to normal and it finally stopped raining cats and dogs. The night went perfectly, we had so much to share, we talked a lot, we laughed until our stomachs hurt, we danced, sang, and of course we had a drink or two hahaha. It had been a long time since we had such a good time. Unfortunately we missed some friends who couldn't make it because of distance but we kept them informed all night long and sent them lots of pictures.
Aprovechamos además para tomar algunas fotos que nos quedaran como recuerdo de esa gran noche y ahora también unas cuantas anécdotas de cada uno pensando que quizá no podríamos llegar a la celebración jajaja. Al final todo salió perfecto y disfrutamos mucho hasta el amanecer.
We also took the opportunity to take some pictures as a souvenir of that great night and now also a few anecdotes of each one thinking that maybe we could not make it to the celebration hahaha. In the end everything went perfect and we enjoyed a lot until dawn.
