Saludos comunidad de Hive!
Esta es mi primera vez compartiendo por aquí, pero me llamo la atencion esta comunidad pues el tema de hablar sobre el fin de semana esta genial, a mi me encanta hacer cosas para disfrutar del fin de semana, trato de inventar algo que hacer para aprovecharlo, y ahora que las restricciones de la pandemia han ido bajando aquí en donde vivo, estamos con muchas ganas de salir a divertirnos.
En esta ocasión les comparto una salida improvisada que hicimos hace varias semanas, sencillamente dijimos: “vamos al shopping” y en pocos minutos ya estábamos llamando el Uber que nos llevaría hasta el centro comercial.
Fue un paseo corto, en realidad pasamos pocas horas allí pues el objetivo principal era luego ir a conocer un supermercado que nunca habíamos ido pero que teníamos curiosidad de saber si tenía buenos precios y así lo hicimos.
Pero durante el paseo por el centro comercial, entramos a una tienda de materiales escolares que nos gusta mucho, pues siempre hay buenos precios, así que decidimos regalarle a Isabella unas pinturas temperas guache de colores neón, (que por cierto ella publicó hace unos días unos dibujos pintados con estas témperas y son demasiado bellas). también un pincel que le hacía falta y un block de dibujo de hojas gruesas para que pueda pintar sin problemas con sus témperas, en todo eso no gastamos más de 4$, osea en realidad muy económico, pero valioso para Isa.
Luego nos metimos en una tienda grande de esas por departamentos, llamada “le biscuit” llegamos a la parte de juguetes donde Isabella sin mucho ánimo revisaba algunas cosas, pues ya está acostumbrada al “despues te lo compro” o “ahora no tenemos dinero para eso”, claro siempre ella es comprensiva con esa parte pues sabe que hasta ahora nuestro comienzo en este nuevo país no ha sido fácil.
Pero afortunadamente ese día mientras veíamos las estanterías de juguetes pensé, “ella ya esta creciendo y pronto estas cosas le dejarán de interesar, ¿qué espero para comprarle una Barbie, aunque sea una de oferta?” y allí la anime a ver las Barbies que tenían, ella se encantó por una que está de moda de esas que son tipo descubrir la barbie sumergiendola en agua, pero estaba más costosa de lo que yo podía pagar, así que seguimos viendo.
Allí pueden ver su mirada de súplica por querer esa barbie pero...
Aún sin decirle algo de que le iba a comprar una, solo bromeamos sobre las barbies y ella estaba tranquila, hicimos una video llamada con mi mamá para que isabella le mostrará los juguetes hasta que encontramos una linda Barbie, morena como Isa, con un vestido de color morado que es su color favorito, y a un precio que yo podia pagar, asi que le dije que le compraria esa muñeca y ella no podia creerlo, estaba saltando de felicidad!!
Completamos la compra con un libro de colorear de minnie mouse y registramos el momento.
Me quede pensando en todas las veces que yo veía publicidad de barbies o juguetes que al final nunca tuve y sentí la necesidad de al menos una vez más regalarle ese juguete soñado por toda niña, aunque mi hija es mas de pinturas, acuarelas y materiales para hacer su arte, se que en su interior anhelaba tener un juguete nuevo después de tantos años de carencia. Gracias a mi trabajo y al de su papá logramos cumplirlo y damos gracias a Dios por eso.
Para finalizar este mini paseo nos comimos unas barquillas super deliciosas y nos despedimos de este lugar que tanto nos gusta, pues se puede caminar, ver tiendas, comer, conseguir cosas a buenos precios o simplemente distraernos de la rutina de la semana.
Eso es todo por ahora, este día fue un Sábado hace ya varias semanas, y guarde las fotos para compartirlas especialmente aquí en Hive, la mejor red social que existe.

This is my first time sharing here, but I called my attention to this community because the theme of talking about the weekend is great, I love to do things to enjoy the weekend, I try to invent something to do to take advantage of it, and now that the restrictions of the pandemic have been lowering here where I live, we are eager to go out and have fun.
This time I share with you an impromptu outing we did several weeks ago, we simply said: "let's go shopping" and in a few minutes we were already calling the Uber that would take us to the mall.
It was a short walk, actually we spent a few hours there because the main objective was then to go to a supermarket that we had never been but we were curious to know if it had good prices and so we did.
But during the walk through the mall, we went into a school supplies store that we like very much, because there are always good prices, so we decided to give Isabella some gouache tempera paints in neon colors, (which by the way she published a few days ago some drawings painted with these tempera paints and they are too beautiful). also a brush that she needed and a drawing pad of thick sheets so she can paint without problems with her tempera paints, in all that we did not spend more than 4$, so really very economical, but valuable for Isa.
Then we went into one of those big department stores called "le biscuit", we got to the toy part where Isabella without much encouragement was checking some things, because she is used to the "I'll buy it later" or "now we don't have money for that", Of course she is always sympathetic with that part because she knows that so far our start in this new country has not been easy, but fortunately that day while we were looking at the shelves of toys I thought, "she is already growing up and soon these things will no longer interest her, what am I waiting for to buy her a Barbie, even if it is a bargain one? "And there I encouraged her to look at the Barbies they had, she was enchanted by one of those trendy ones that are like discovering the Barbie by dipping her in water, but it was more expensive than I could afford, so we kept looking.
There you can see her look of pleading for wanting that barbie but....
Even without telling her that I was going to buy her one, we just joked about barbies and she was calm, we made a video call with my mom for isabella to show her the toys until we found a cute Barbie, brunette like Isa, with a purple dress which is her favorite color, and at a price I could afford, so I told her I would buy her that doll and she couldn't believe it, she was jumping with happiness!!!
We completed the purchase with a minnie mouse coloring book and recorded the moment.
I kept thinking about all the times I saw advertisements for barbies or toys that I never had and I felt the need to at least once again give her the toy that every little girl dreams of, although my daughter is more about paints, watercolors and materials to make her art, I know that deep inside she longed to have a new toy after so many years of lacking it. Thanks to my work and that of her father we were able to fulfill this dream and we thank God for that.
To finish this mini walk we ate some super delicious ice cream and we said goodbye to this place that we like so much, because you can walk, see stores, eat, get things at good prices or just distract us from the routine of the week.
