Weekend Getaway to Campalabo Sandbar of Pinamungajan, Cebu

Hi there Hive people, I hope everyone is safe and doing well wherever you are on the globe. For today's content, I will be sharing my weekend getaway to the town of Pinamungajan together with my wife and her cousins. We were invited actually by our college friend to her place. Upon arriving Catherine (our college friend in a black shirt), introduced as the place that we can really enjoy, the town's well-known sandbar the Campalabo Islet.

With no time to waste, we all agreed to have it visited. We then rented a boat going to the sandbar which took us for about 20-30 minutes boat ride from its mainland.

As we arrived at Campalabo sandbar, there are already people who came before us, and the thing is that we arrived a bit late for it was already high tide and the sandbar is covered with water already. Cathy told us that the sandbar spans almost a hectare during low tide, despite all that we still enjoy the place for its crystal clear waters and white sands underneath. Of course, we all enjoy the company together and all those photoshoots we had.

Campalabo sandbar also had this unfinished building structure that most locals called "Paril" that you can hop on and can have a 360-degree view of the Sandbar and a perfect spot for a photo shoot as well.

As we enjoyed the place we didn't notice that the water level is getting higher that went over to our waist but still photos were still coming, check out those smiling faces.

And before heading back to the mainland, of course, my spouse requested a couples shot from our friend.

Still taking photos upon arriving on the mainland before heading back to Cathy's house. Despite having didn't witness the sandbar, we still all enjoy the place. It's the company whom we enjoy the most actually. Have a safe weekend everyone. See you on my next content. Ciao!
