Hi friends! Here in Buenos Aires things are getting quite complicated with the Covid, we are in the second wave of infections, so the president has decreed a two-week curfew from 8 pm to 6 am and the end of face-to-face classes.

hola amigos! aqui en Buenos Aires las cosas se están complicando bastante con el Covid, estamos en la segunda ola de contagios, asi que el presidente a decretado dos semanas de toque de queda de 20 pm 6 am y cese de clases presenciales.

So the children will be locked up at home again to protect themselves from any contagion. My mother and I thought that a good way to keep them entertained would be to have a little picnic!

Asi que los niños volveran a estar encerrados en casa para resguardarse de algun contagio. Mi madre y yo hemos pensado que una buena manera de mantenerlos entretenidos seria teniendo un pequeño picnic!

we prepare some bowls with food that they enjoy such as croissants and stuffed cookies

ham and cheese sandwiches with a little mayonnaise and no edges

for us we prepare ham and cheese sandwiches with scrambled eggs with green onion and chia seeds. We also prepare the equipment to drink mates, obviously, the mate can never be missing!

para nosotras preparamos sandwiches de jamon y queso con huevos revueltos con cebolla de verdeo y semillas de chia. Ademas preparamos el equipo para beber mates, obvio, el mate jamas puede faltar!

It was really fun and it's something we've never done before, the kids enjoyed it. We laugh a lot, we play, we chat, we listen to music, we will definitely repeat it.
