Solving the Unemployment crisis is a step closer to solving other world challenges.

The issue of unemployment is a global thing and the rise in it has birthed a lot of problems the world is struggling with today. I have always believed that if the world unemployment rate can reduce very well, there are things we won't have to worry much about.

The purpose of working is to make money and we can't deny the fact that money is one thing we need as individuals to survive. Our survival doesn't completely depend on it because we don't pay for oxygen but what's with the abundance of oxygen when there is no food, shelter, and other basic needs of life that only money can buy?

If I had the power to find the solution to just one problem the world is facing, it would be unemployment.

Come to think of it, the problems associated with unemployment are many and until the issue of unemployment is solved, there won't be a lasting solution to all other problems that are fueled by the absence of jobs.

While the unemployment rate is escalating, the crime rate is doing the same globally. There has been growth in the happening of all sorts of crimes and that should paint us a clear picture of how far people can do things whether legally or illegally just to raise money to survive.

If you offer a hungry person the food he or she wants or put a homeless person in a conducive apartment on a condition that involves crime, many would take the opportunity just to continue enjoying that thing they lack.

Governments globally are spending huge amounts of money trying to cut the wings of crimes but they are missing out on the fact that people will do anything just to survive and crime is involved. If half of the money invested in security every year is used to set up industries that would create employment, I am confident that a lot of people will desist from crimes.

There was a day I was thinking about why terrorism is still growing despite people who get into know that their life can end at any point, many of them don't have options but to embrace the juicy offers terrorists offer them. At least they can provide for themselves and family even though their life might be cut short suddenly.

Talk of homelessness, poverty, illiteracy, and many other things, creating enough jobs for people can solve these problems to an extent.

When people earn enough to cater to their basic needs, they channel their energy very well into it.

I once worked in a factory where we earned $1.5 daily and after removing our expenses, we usually don't have anything left. We were happy to resume work every morning and close late at night because the money took care of our basic needs at that time.

When the company stopped operations, we all had to start searching again, and not getting another job early made some of those boys venture into internet fraud. Not everyone could endure hardship and that's the more reason why things like prostitution, drug pushers, and many other illegal jobs keep growing among the youths today.

Providing employment will definitely make a difference for a lot of people. Even when someone has ideas of creating wealth, they still need to work and earn for some time before investing in their ideas. Taking care of unemployment can solve a lot of problems in the country even though they are not 100% solved, the government wouldn't need to spend too much like they are doing trying to solve those problems.

Not everyone will get a job even when there is an abundance of it, some people will choose the wrong way of making money but it won't be as much as we are seeing at the money and we will need fewer resources to counter lots of problems inspired by unemployment.
