Last week pet-hate's was the topic for the #weekend-engagement post and we got a long list of them from y'all, many remarkably the same as other's; I guess we're not that dissimilar after all. The pendulum swings both ways though doesn't it - For every pet hate there's something we love or are passionate about...So this week I'm going in the complete other direction. Here's this week's question.
Week 24 topic - Answer the following 👇
This should be pretty easy for everyone. If you find that you don't have any passions then you might want to check your pulse - You may be dead.
This is your chance to show your personality, share your passions and learn about other people's as well! It doesn't matter what they are - We want to know!
As always you'll have until Sunday midnight (your time) to get your answers below and on Monday I'll transfer some hive directly to some of those who engage in the comments. Dropping a single comment and not coming back to engage will probably not get you any hive though - This concept is all about engagement!

Some of my passions
Walks on the beach with my wife Faith - We are fortunate to live in Australia where we have some of the best beaches in the world. We usually go around very late afternoon or early evening and afterwards can often be found enjoying fish and chips or an ice cream whilst the sun sets. It's not just about the beach, a swim or the food in isolation though; It's about the company, the emotion behind the time spent and the way it recharges our souls. It's certainly a passion of ours.
Off-roading hiking and camping - All things outdoorsy, wilderness or outback oriented really. We kayak a lot and I go hunting too. We spend a lot of time out in remote places and love the peace and quiet, lack of people, the way one needs to be self reliant and skilled plus the feeling of being the only people on the planet. I really enjoy building survival skills, like shelter-making, navigation and foraging; I get a great deal of confidence from understanding nature and the environment and how it impacts me and I it. Sitting around a low-burning campfire with a coffee watching billions of stars overhead is the best thing ever too, if you have done it you'll get what I mean.
One of our big loves is travel and we've been fortunate enough to travel all over the world. We tend to enjoy many varied things so we don't spend all of our time lazing on a beach, or in a city, museum, bar or tourist attraction. We look for unique experiences and also focus on immersing ourselves in the culture of wherever we visit. We've travelled to remote places many will never see and, of course, to the most iconic of locations. Either way we tend to find adventure and great satisfaction.
