Week #162/ My Interpretation...

View from my window

I have heard many people of advanced years say that we must be careful what we let our thoughts enter our mind, because from there your actions will be born. They were very right and they also agree with a lot with Marcus Aurelius. Because according to what we handle and let into it, our soul will be nourished and that will be what we will take out to the outside, to the world, with others. Words less, words more, but in broad strokes they manage the same wisdom.

Thoughts are one of the most intimate things that human beings have, there are only us, it is something that no one else is to know, if we do not communicate them, either orally or through our actions; through these good or bad actions we distinguish ourselves as a person. Our soul is impregnated with our thoughts, it is nourished by them, that is why we must be attentive to them and watch what we let be and enter our minds, because from there is born our essence as people, as individuals.

If we allow our thoughts to be full of bad emotions and feelings..., these will stain our soul with the same shade of black that we handle in our mind, to represent it in a way, but if, on the contrary, our thoughts are directed to the emotions, positive feelings, that will be what we will bring. Although, we are not saved from having from time to time some bad thought, because we are human beings and we are not perfect, we live in a constant learning and we are not free to make mistakes, but the important thing and that we must keep in mind, is that everything depends on what we let enter our mind and know how to discern, what is good for us and for others.

Because not only we count, because our actions as I say sometimes "splash" to others at any given time, ie, can damage or give welfare to the people who are around us; that's why we must be vigilant with what we feed our soul; taking into account the wise phrase of Marcus Aurelius and is that everything starts with our thoughts, it is giving us the key to guide our lives.
