RE: Litter Education in school and Where is your recycling really ending up?

I run a shopping centre here and the things I see regarding litter. One lad goes to the toilet on a daily basis and dumps a package into the bin up there. It's his rubbish from day before , spud peelings , carrot , tea bags . The package would take around an hour to wrap such is the complexities of it. Now at least he puts it in bin but come on like. Last week I took package from bin and gave it back to him
