I'm may need to chew on your premises a bit more but I think we are in concurrence for the most part.
Def not an advocate for anarchy but do see the weaknesses of crony capitalism.
Oh and don't get me started on corporate misuse of intellectual property laws. My brother just posted something on FB about Apple suing Samsung because they patented rounded corners on phones. That is fucking ridiculous.
I'm sure there are a ton of frivolous intellectual property lawsuits and the way they are used today really imo stifles individual human creativity and innovation.
Corporations obviously have the legal muscle that they can crush people using these laws. And ofc the system is flawed in that if you don't have the $$$, good chance things will not go in your favor.
Now, it goes without saying that the system works less than optimally for the people but tbh I don't think we have a better alternative currently. Then again, perhaps it's not necessarily the system design that is fucked up but the corruption of many elected officials we have running it.
