This is very good and thank you for sharing. Maybe there'll be a market to trade the RC delegation in future or not.
Do you have any idea if an account with no personal HP but jas delegation of 20 HP could be in dying need of RC delegation? I'm just curious to learn a bit more why we need RC delegated.
