Usually when you can buy low sell high for NFT, the first thing you go to is the marketplace; however I had quite enough of immigrants and homeless that I decided to go on a game of chance shopping directly from dCity, hoping to land a good first edition card that I have yet collected.
And the good news is, apparently I did!
A nice juicy NFT with a 3% rarity that so happened to be on the market sale about 1 HIVE more expensive than the card, with the earned 800 SIM I acquired would give me an extra 10 SIM a day;
That is if I could get enough workers to work on it.
So out I went to look at the market place.
Due to the fact that the circus card actually required 20 workers and Apartment card is just the perfect one to replenish it, I had a brief hesitation about acquiring be and would not simply just purchase a card from the market and be done with it.
That is I believe, the basic rules of "market research" and not impulse buying... ahem.
The closest competitor was none other than Basic Home, which I later found out that the income is the same when I needed 20 population boost.
While every decimal counts, obviously this time round the Apartment option wins
So that's my shopping for the day, with a surprising shuffle of workers and immigrants (maybe immigrants do not like circus work?) but still able to optimise the entire city for best SIM generating daily.
Conclusion:
In any finance, always do your research before diving in with whatever investment
