Notes can be valuable, rarity and condition are everything. Some people like special serial numbers, it's a much harder market to understand in my eyes. It's nice there is an app that can help you find out what is more valuable though. It is interesting the Portugal bills were a little more expensive, they may produce less? Who knows?
